From childhood, and as we grow in different stages of our lives, we come across bad experiences that leaves an impact on ourselves. But what did I give to myself? Eight years ago I ended up with a mental and physical burn out. It took me a long time to recover with a lot of help from specialists, medicine and my loved ones. The intrusive pain lifted and when I woke up in my sleep I felt cosy and connected to the body. It has come out of the fit. My mind cleared, my body relaxed. The heavy hand is lifted. It is the first time in these past days that my body is showing goodwill to reconcile. At least I can be in bed without despair and walk the few steps needed to carry out the basics independently within the minimal radius required. That feels like a HUUUGE achievement.
